You’re the reason tables are ready, guests are seated faster, and servers can stay focused on delivering a great experience. When you’re on your game, the whole restaurant feels it.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the restaurant fully stocked with clean, polished silverware
- Roll high-quality place settings efficiently (goal: 15+ per minute)
- Stay in sync with dishwashers and team members to keep inventory flowing
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace during fast-paced shifts

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and consistently on time
- Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Able to stay on your feet for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Calm under pressure and open to feedback
- Professional, clean appearance
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Able to manage your own time and responsibilities
- Must have a working email address
